| Um, Yeah Press: a history | ||||||||
| In 2005, Um, Yeah Press (UYP) was created to publish independent poetry & short fiction. It began modestly producing my own chapbooks & ephemera. It operated, almost exclusively, out of the brown briefcase in my office. I sold books on the street corners or Toronto, small press fairs & various sympathetic shops. In June 2006, UYP released its debut issue of Twaddle, with plans to have the second issue in your hands by February. As UYP matures, it wishes to reach more readers with an increasing number of voices, which is why we are now accepting submissions for e-books. |
